At EVPM we believe simplicity and convenience is key to living your best life in NYC. Though certain amenities are offered on a unit-by-unit basis (i.e. in-unit washer and dryer) the ones below are enjoyed by all our tenants:

• Deliver packages to the main office at no extra charge. We’ll gladly hold and secure them until tenant is ready to pick them up.

• Main office is located just a few blocks away from every building we own, making it convenient to stop by with any questions, concerns or just to say “hi”.

• 24/7 call & text answering service for emergency maintenance and lockouts.

• Heat and hot water are included at no extra charge. Gas and electricity are provided through Con Ed.

• Solely family run and operated for over 30 years. We know and value our tenants.
